Quality of Life Grants – Helping You Live Life to the Fullest
The Mountain States Chapter of PVA is proud to offer Quality of Life Grants to help our members reach their goals, try new activities, and make life a little better.
Who Can Apply:
Full members who have been in good standing for at least one year. Eligible members may receive up to $1,000 per calendar year. Grants are awarded based on available funding and are not guaranteed.
How it Works:
Members can apply anytime with the online.
Once the application below is received, the Mountain States Chapter staff review it and send it to the Board of Directors Membership and Grants Committee for review. Applications are reviewed monthly and are often processed in the first or second week of the month, depending on the volume. From the time an application is received, the process usually takes about one month. Applicants are notified by email once a decision has been made. Payments are sent as a check via mail.
Applicants should be sure their contact info is current and correct on the application form. They should also keep in mind that it can take 30 to 60 days from the time an application is received until the time payment is mailed.
After you receive your grant please email us a photo and brief story about how the grant enriched your life. Your experiences inspire others and may be featured in our newsletter!
